1. Order Processing & Shipping Costs

Processing Time

Orders typically require 2–5 business days for order verification, packaging, and shipment preparation.

During peak seasons, holidays, promotional events, or periods of unusually high demand, processing times may extend up to 6 business days.

Shipping Fee

A flat shipping fee of $6.99 per order applies within supported delivery regions.


2. Estimated Delivery Times

• Canada: 5–12 business days

• United States: 7–14 business days

• Other International Locations: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on shipping carrier operations, weather conditions, customs processing, regional delivery services, seasonal demand, or unforeseen logistical circumstances.


3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and shipment details.

Please note:

• Tracking updates may require 1–3 business days to appear after shipment.

• Temporary tracking delays do not necessarily indicate a lost package.

• Tracking information is provided directly by shipping carriers and may occasionally experience delays.


4. International Shipping & Customs

For international orders:

• Shipments may be sent under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms.

• Customers are responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, customs charges, or brokerage fees.

• NexAvryx™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Import regulations and fees vary depending on the destination country and local customs requirements.


5. Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders are processed quickly to maintain fast shipping times.

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order:

Once an order enters processing, modifications, address changes, or cancellations may no longer be possible.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:

• The product

• The packaging

• The shipping label

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or appropriate resolution when applicable.

Lost Packages

If a shipping carrier confirms that a package has been lost during transit, we will arrange a replacement after verification.


7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate when placing an order.

NexAvryx™ is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from:

• Incorrect shipping addresses

• Incomplete address information

• Incorrect postal codes

• Failed delivery attempts due to recipient availability

Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be reshipped.
